Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your watch to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags and protective films are still attached to the timepiece.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
